ACE performs these design and engineering activities at the ACE location. Specially for Flow & Temperature issues.
Semi-con production machines need a high degree of temperature control and are in need of the supply of special gasses and cooling. ACE assist in accomplishing these installations.
ACE does this by providing a complete team, which will pick up the entire project. ACE is responsible for the organization of the teams, the planning of the work and the assignment of the engineers.
ACE performs these design and engineering activities at the ACE location. In performing these tasks, ACE is accustomed to the specific way of working of her customers, from defining the elementary product specifications all the way to releasing the engineering change towards the production facility. All design work is performed with NX CAD in association with Team Center and SAP software systems.
ACE will not only do the specification of the project, the design and engineering, but also the acceptance test as well as assisting in the first build-in of the equipment. The average size of this F&T team is 10+ engineers.
